OAuth login

Add Google, GitHub, or other OAuth providers as a sign-in option.

Add a “Sign in with X” button to your existing app. Standard pattern across providers.

Time: ~10 min per provider. Difficulty: Beginner.

Steps

1. Register an OAuth app at the provider

   Get a Client ID and Client Secret. See OAuth providers for per-provider links.

2. Set the redirect URL at the provider

   https://your-app.vly.app/api/auth/callback/{provider} — vly shows the exact URL.

3. Configure in vly

   Workspace settings → Auth → Providers → [provider] → paste credentials.

4. Toggle on

   The provider button appears on your sign-in / sign-up pages.

Foundation prompt (if no auth yet)

Add Google OAuth as a sign-in option. Use the workspace's existing OAuth
configuration. Show the "Sign in with Google" button on the sign-in page,
above the email + password form.
