# Notes app

A personal notes app: rich-text editor, tags, full-text search.

## Foundation prompt

A personal notes app. Each user has private notes. Each note has a title, body (rich text — use TipTap), tags (multi-select), and a starred flag.

Sidebar lists notes (newest first), with starred notes pinned to the top. Filter sidebar by tag.

Top bar has a search box (full-text on title and body, debounced).

New note (Cmd+N) opens an empty editor. Edits auto-save on blur.
