# Newsletter platform

> Build a newsletter app — subscribers, posts, archives, paid tiers. ~45 minutes.

A complete newsletter platform: post composition, subscriber management, send via Resend, archive page, optional paid tiers via Stripe.

## Foundation prompt

**Goal**: A newsletter platform. Authors compose posts; subscribers receive them by email and can browse the archive.

**User**: Authors (logged-in admins). Subscribers (signed up via email; magic-link sign-in).

**Data**:
- `posts`: { title, body (markdown), publishedAt, status, authorId }
- `subscribers`: { email, subscribedAt, unsubscribedAt? }
- `sendLogs`: { postId, subscriberId, sentAt, opened, clicked }

**Behavior**:
- Author dashboard: list posts, compose new post, schedule or send immediately.
- Subscribers see archive at /archive; individual posts at /p/{slug}.
- Subscribe form on every page (just email).
- On send, queue an email per active subscriber via Resend.
- Tracking pixel for opens; click tracking on links.
- One-click unsubscribe link in every email.

**Constraints**:
- Use Resend for sending.
- Sends batch in chunks of 50 to respect Resend rate limits.
- Track unsubscribes; never re-send to unsubscribed.
