# Booking system

> Calendar availability, slot booking, confirmations. Calendly-style. ~75 minutes.

A booking system: provider sets available hours; customers pick a slot; both get confirmation emails.

## Foundation prompt

A booking app. Providers set their available hours per day of week (e.g., Mon–Fri 9am–5pm) and meeting types (15min / 30min / 60min). Customers visit /book/{providerSlug}, see available slots in a calendar view, pick one, fill in name + email + reason, and book.

On booking: provider gets an email; customer gets an email with calendar invite (.ics attachment); slot is no longer available. Provider can cancel from their dashboard; customer gets a cancellation email.

Time zones handled correctly — store all times in UTC; display in viewer's local time.
