# Telegram

> Send messages and build bots via Telegram's Bot API. Free, popular for community features.

Telegram's Bot API is free and unrestricted. Common for sending notifications to a private group / channel, or building interactive bots.

## Setup

`TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN` in vly secrets. Create a bot via @BotFather. For inbound messages, set webhook to `/api/telegram-webhook`.
