## When to pick over Convex file storage

* You need on-the-fly transformations (responsive images, format negotiation).
* Heavy image volumes where Cloudinary's optimizations save real bandwidth.
* Video processing (transcoding, adaptive bitrate).

## Setup

`CLOUDINARY_CLOUD_NAME`, `CLOUDINARY_API_KEY`, `CLOUDINARY_API_SECRET` in vly secrets. Upload via Cloudinary's signed-upload flow from a Convex mutation.
