# Invoices

> Where to find your invoices, how to download, and how to add custom billing details.

vly issues invoices monthly (or annually for annual plans). Find them at **Settings → Billing → Invoices**.

## Downloading

Each invoice is downloadable as PDF. Click the download icon next to any invoice in the list.

## Adding billing details

For accounting purposes, add:

* Company name
* Address
* VAT / GST / tax ID
* Custom invoice notes (PO numbers, etc.)

Configure at **Settings → Billing → Billing details**. Future invoices include them; past invoices don't auto-update.

## Automated emails

By default, invoices are emailed to the workspace owner. To send to additional addresses (your accounting team, your CFO):

* Settings → Billing → Notification recipients → Add email.

## Receipts (one-time charges)

Credit pack purchases generate receipts immediately, separate from monthly invoices. Same location.
